OYO Home 80399 Supreet Home

The staff were asleep in a dark, shady corner when I arrived after booking and paying online. Looking around, I noticed a bad smell everywhere. I decided right away not to stay and left; the sleeping staff didn't even try to show me the room I'd booked. I strongly feel OYO shouldn't put its name on places like this, since it risks losing its goodwill. I've stayed at OYO hotels in Bangalore, and the ones around Christ University are much better. I don't recommend this hotel called Supreet Home to anyone.

I booked for two days, but when I checked in on the second day, they told me no rooms were available. After I complained to Oyo customer care service, they gave me the works room. The bathroom taps gave electric shocks, so I vacated immediately and complained to Oyo customer care. The response was only my money, and all my plans went useless. There was a lot of bad smell, too. This was an absolutely bad experience with this Oyo hotel. Don't choose this hotel or any Oyo hotels.

It's in a good locality near Indiranagar metro station, and the room was clean. We booked and paid for a deluxe room with a balcony, but they said another guest had just occupied it and didn't give us that room. The TV wasn't working, and they didn't fix it after we complained. The rooms are very small; those online photos were taken with a wide angle.

The room had a cockroach, and there wasn't any handwash, soap, or other basic item provided. The cleanliness was poor. I also found the Oyo price wasn't the real price: the owner asked for Rs. 1000/-, and Oyo customer care couldn't do much when we contacted them. A terrible experience.
