Itsy Hotels Classio Richmond

We stayed for 1 night while in Bangalore for the Bangalore World 10k Run during April Month. The hotel is near Richmond circle bus stand, with MG road Cabbon park nearby, so it was easy to explore the city. The room wasn’t very spacious, but it was clean, modern, and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was included, and there’s a restaurant on the ground floor for lunch, dinner, and snacks. A good budget-friendly room near this place.

The receptionist was rude, and the room had a dirty floor and a washroom with mold on the walls. I booked for 3 people but got only 1 towel, there was no tissue roll in the washroom, the AC remote didn’t work, and I never received the extra bedding I asked for. I requested to extend my time in exchange for money, but management said every room was booked. When I checked the application, though, rooms were available. I’d stayed here before and had a good experience, which is why I booked again. This time I’m disappointed and won’t choose this place again.

We booked for 5 days and paid for the room first. After that, the staff started making a fuss. The rooms weren’t cleaned daily. When we asked, staff told us, “we don't clean rooms daily.” They didn’t provide water bottles in the room, and charged for them. When payment for a bottle was pending, they stopped providing bottles to the rooms altogether. The service was pathetic. This place isn’t worth even half of what they charge. Look for another room. It deserves zero stars for this kind of service.

The floor was a little dusty at first, but they cleaned it quickly. The price was slightly higher than the offer, though I was grateful to get a good night's sleep after escaping from another horrible hotel I’d booked initially. The quality here was so good. Well done, and the receptionist was great too.
