OYO Flagship 8002 I Cloud Sri Sai Inn

The receptionist, Manjuneeth, was rude and wouldn't let us check in, even though our booking was confirmed. They asked us for more money too. The room was horrible. I wouldn't book this Oyo Room again, and if I could, I'd give it minus 10.

The staff spoke rudely, and when I asked about the hot water, they gave me an irresponsible answer. They told me to leave if I wasn't interested and contact Agoda for a refund. The photos and reviews shown online aren't accurate. Even one star feels like too much. Online portals should remove this hotel.

I paid in advance expecting the total cost to be settled, but on arrival the hotel demanded much more than the booking price. The extra charges were supposedly for amenities and services that hadn't been mentioned when I booked. When I asked the front desk about them, they were dismissive and unsympathetic, and there was no clear explanation beforehand. Even if those amenities were worth the money, guests should know the full cost before paying, not be hit with surprise fees at check-in. What bothered me was the way the hotel handled it. The staff showed no remorse, and management seemed unwilling to take responsibility or address the issue. It felt like a bait-and-switch, using a lower price to get a booking and adding hidden costs later. A prepaid reservation should mean a straightforward stay, not a chance to take advantage of guests. I'd advise caution with this hotel and choose somewhere more honest and respectful of customers' trust. I felt cheated and betrayed.

It's on the main road, but the rooms are upstairs on the second floor, and there's no car parking, so you have to leave your vehicle at your own risk. They also asked for extra money at check-in. The AC was available only after I requested it. The ceiling fan and exhaust fan didn't work, and both the tap and bathroom mirror were damaged. I wouldn't choose to stay here.
