Capital O Blooms Stay Inn Near Snow City

The air conditioner didn’t work, and the room hadn’t been cleaned. There were Stayfree pads left in my bathroom. No water bottles were provided, the bedsheet was dirty, and there was no soap or shampoo.

The noise from traffic kept going all night, and the lights outside the window made the room feel like sleeping right on the road. We couldn’t get even five minutes of peaceful sleep in our roadside room. When it became unbearable, we asked to move, but the staff refused. The hotel may look easy to reach on the main road, but that room was a terrible experience. Avoid the roadside rooms, and ask to be moved straight away if you’re given one. I hope the owner takes action.

The room looked nothing like the photos once I got inside. I’d booked through OYO, but after I arrived they showed the booking on their phone and told me to pay the hotel directly. They then said clearly that they weren’t listed on OYO and charged me their own amount. I don’t understand how this place has so many reviews.

We had a calm, decent stay here over the weekend and into the weekday. The staff were friendly and polite, and being in central blr made food and entertainment easy to get to. We had a good time and may check in again for another quiet, safe stay. 👌🏼
