The room was untidy, and getting the second room took a long wait. We'd booked two in advance, but were first told only one was available. There was no lift, so we had to climb four floors. We didn't get bottled water or toiletries, and the towel was a colorful pink, rusty-looking, possibly stained with paan, though I'm not sure. The room smelled like cigarette smoke mixed with air freshener, and it gave me a bad headache.

Choosing this residency was my biggest mistake. The room was dirty and smelled bad, with no bottled water, toiletries, or lift. The owner or manager didn't know how to speak to guests, and neither the room nor the service felt anywhere near a three-star hotel. More like a one-star residency.

Even though we'd booked and paid ahead, they made us wait 45 minutes for our room. The stay was a nightmare from the start. The three-star rating is a big lie, and the staff, probably including the manager, didn't know how to speak to guests and asked inappropriate questions.

I stayed for three nights and had a good time. The rooms were clean and nice, and the staff were helpful and polite. The price was good, though breakfast had only a limited menu. You can order food through Zomato or Swiggy.
