The toilet smelled bad, the flush didn’t work, and the AC was leaking. A staff member tried to address the problems, but the flush still wouldn’t work; he suggested turning up the AC temperature to stop the leak. Breakfast also seems to require a reminder, otherwise they act as if they don’t know about it. There are already plenty of negative reviews, followed by apologies from management. They may apologize for this one too, but the complaints will keep coming until they fix the issues.

The room was roomy, cleaned every day, and had clean bedding with fresh pillow covers. The bathroom and toilet were clean too. The hotel occupies the top two floors of a building. There were lots of cockroaches crawling around and coming from the bathroom, which was the biggest letdown. The area is crowded and dusty, though there are eateries nearby. I wouldn’t recommend it to families.

The big warning from my stay in Room 102: keep your phone away from the pillow or headrest. There’s a gap between the bed and headrest, and my phone fell through it. Mine only got a small dent, but you might not be as lucky. This was my first time at an OYO hotel. Stalin, who was in charge, was especially genial and helpful, and the other boys running the place were cordial too. The place itself fell short of what I expected. The shower water didn’t drain properly, but the sheets were clean, the AC worked well, and there was free Wi-Fi. That’s about all I can say about the stay.

I’d booked and paid for a room before arriving, but they told me that room had been given to someone else. The rate they showed me at the hotel was entirely different from the website price, and I ended up with a different, cheap room. Since I had luggage and no other choice, I stayed and paid extra. I called customer service more than four times. They said they couldn’t handle the refund and would transfer me to the service desk, but the calls kept disconnecting. My booking money went to waste, and the service was awful. It felt like a trap and a fraud with customers. I personally wouldn’t book here.
