Octave Royal Embassy

Poorly maintained. The AC doesn't work, and there's no hot water.

The room was unhygienic, the toilet was broken, and water leaked in the bathroom. The staff weren't helpful, and they didn't leave water in the room, so I had to go downstairs to get it. One staff member agreed on a rate, then changed his mind and demanded more money. We ended up leaving partway through our stay. I wouldn't recommend this place unless you're prepared for a horrible experience.

The ground-floor room they gave me was disgusting and stinky, with a terrible bathroom and windows that wouldn't close. I had already paid the full amount before seeing it, so I had to book somewhere else.

The rooms weren't clean, the service was poor, and the reception staff were rude to me. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.
