There were cockroaches all over the room, and no hot water. Even with a confirmed OYO booking, the hotel first refused to let me check in. OYO support gave me an extra coupon, but the hotel still wouldn't check me in and demanded more money. It was already very late, so I had to pay the extra amount. A completely unprofessional and disappointing stay.
Booking through OYO cost me ₹820, but the hotel staff demanded another ₹500 before they'd let me check in. They claimed the actual room rate was ₹1500 and OYO had displayed the wrong price, which wasn't my fault. I showed them the confirmed booking and proof of full payment, but they kept arguing and still wouldn't let me in. Their rude, unprofessional behavior left me outside with my luggage for hours because of their mismanagement. This was my worst experience with OYO and this property. It felt like a total scam and harassment. Don't book here if you value your time and peace of mind.
I had booked a deluxe AC room through Oyo, but the hotel still charged extra, claiming regular non-AC rooms weren’t available. The rooms looked the same on the Oyo website, and my booking was already for an AC room.
The rooms were clean and had a comfortable, homely feel, and the AC worked well. It’s also very close to the metro, with hot water available 24 hours a day. I felt safe there.
The location is really handy, just 1 minutes from the metro station. Free Wi-Fi and hot water were available 24 hour's, and the staff were very helpful. The rooms were good, I felt 100% safe, and I was happy with my stay. 👌
