Clove Boutique by OYO Rooms

For work, the Wi-Fi was good, and I had a proper table and chair. My Agoda booking was honored, and the price felt reasonable. The room was cramped, though, and I couldn't get any room service. Staff were mostly unresponsive, and the room wasn't cleaned daily. They spoke only Hindi and Kannada, not English. The bathroom faucet was so confusing that it was nearly unusable without someone explaining it. The electric kettle didn't work either.

The buffet setup would work well for a dinner party, and I really liked the fish dish. The food was excellent overall, and though it was a bit over my budget, the quality made it worth paying for. I also loved the hotel's calm, natural surroundings.

The rooms looked good after the renovations, and the facilities were in good shape. The staff were warm and ready to help with a smile. Swabhimanyuu provided excellent hospitality, and the receptionist who helped us during the set dinners was polite and very helpful. Special thanks to Pooja at reception. It was a lovely place to stay in hyd.

Most of the staff were good, but checking in was disappointing. I had booked online, yet the booking counter made excuses about whether a room was available and seemed to put money ahead of confirmed reservations.
