Breakfast was a real highlight, with a generous, tasty spread. Bhoomika made the most satisfying masala tea, and Shilpa took great care of us. At lunch, Shri Jagadeesh, Shankar, and the team at Dakshin treated us like family. The food and service were top notch, and the soothing music made the atmosphere and our appetite even better. Thank you for such a lovely experience!

Bala was warm and attentive, checked that we were comfortable throughout the meal, and helped promptly. His courteous service made lunch at ITC Windsor even more memorable. The elegant, peaceful ambience suited the delicious spread, and every dish was beautifully presented, with rich, authentic flavors. We had a wonderful lunch.

The rooms were clean, the amenities were good, and the hospitality made the stay feel easy. Staff were friendly and quick to help with anything I asked. We also enjoyed the cozy restaurants and the attentive dining service. I ran out of time to try Royal Afghan, their signature restaurant, so I’m saving that for next time. I’d stay at ITC Windsor again and recommend it to anyone visiting Bengaluru.

The breakfast buffet was super, and the food at Raj Pavilion was delicious, though I felt the dining choices there were limited. Dum Pukht is worth trying too. The preparations were delicious and the service was incredible. The team there was wonderful, and I’m sorry I can’t recall everyone’s names. The people across ITC Windsor made this stay special. The security team greeted us with smiles at the doorway, which brightened things up. At Raj Pavilion, Shilpa, Toka, Mahalakshmi, and others took great care of us. Toka deserves a special mention for his service. I also remember Shelly from Room service, and Suresh, Mahesh from reception, Nagarjunan from Concierge, Tanishka, Sana, and Hisham from front office. That’s just the people whose names I recall, the whole team went above and beyond to make us comfortable. Kudos to you all. I shared some feedback about the room with Suresh at reception and hope it’s looked into urgently, so the next guest in that room has a better experience.

A special thank you to Master Chef Mr. Rajkamal Singh Rawat for making me a parantha just for me. Ms Gloria and Ms Shilpa looked after us so well too. We had the breakfast buffet at Raj Pavillion in ITC Windsor, Bengaluru, and enjoyed it thoroughly. There was a generous spread, and the dishes felt prepared with care. Thanks to the team for the lovely buffet and such friendly, impeccable service!
