The rooms were maintained nicely, but my first OYO stay was not worth it because of the front desk. I arrived to check in with my fiancée and was told to wait five minutes, even though both staff members were standing free. One was listening to music through headphones, and the other just stared at us for no clear reason. Their card machine wasn't working, so I paid cash. The bill was Rs 1157; I gave Rs 2000 and got Rs 900 back, so I didn't notice the extra Rs 57. After I checked in, a staff member knocked and asked for it back. I said I was short of change and would pay in the morning. He agreed, but came back ten minutes later to ask again, which was annoying. They need more professional front desk staff.
