Collecetion O 76111 Executive Stays Basapura

The room itself was just okay, but tiny flies were everywhere, and an open bin outside kept bringing more in along with a bad smell. The bathroom was in rough shape: the flush barely worked, there was no hand wash, and no toiletries at all. They didn't provide even one bottle of water. The cupboard was dirty and its doors creaked. The listing showed an electric kettle, but there wasn't one, so I had to miss my medicine. On top of that, when we arrived they wouldn't honor the MakeMyTrip booking and demanded more than the listed price. I was unwell and needed somewhere to stay, so I paid what they asked for two days. The worst hotel experience I've had 😡

There were no towels, soap, TV, or Wi-Fi, despite the website claiming otherwise. After I arrived with a booking through the portal, they charged me extra because they don't honor the prices shown in the app or online. The place didn't seem like a hotel at all. It looked like an apartment, apparently facing some legal issue, divided up so each room could be rented separately. It felt unsafe and unprofessional. I wish I could give it a negative score.

Our room was on the fourth floor, and there was no lift. The owner refused to hand it over even after the booking was confirmed and never answered our calls. We were told by OYO support that the room had an attached balcony, but there was no attached toilet facility. The room and the shared bathroom for two rooms were filthy, and there wasn't even a bucket. The cupboard was coated in dust, and there was no hot water or room service. Worst room I've booked so far. Even if a free stay is offered, don't book it.

The bed was filthy, with stains, hair, and dirt all over it. I complained to the manager and office staff but got no response. They gave me one pillow and one bath towel, and the condition of those put me off asking for more. I ended up buying blankets and sheets elsewhere. The worst booking experience I've had. Better to avoid staying here.
