The property is well looked after, and the rooms are roomy. Staff were courteous, the food tasted good, and there's even a big basket kiosk for chips and other things. Prices are reasonable, and it felt very safe. I'd recommend it to budget travellers.

The bathroom had drainage trouble, and hot water came from both sides of the wall mixer. The TV didn't have proper channels, and the complimentary breakfast was a joke. They served regular water in a Bisleri bottle. This was a disaster compared with other Oyo rooms. My husband works for Oyo, which makes the whole thing ironic. Property manager, if you can't satisfy customers, you shouldn't be in this business.

The rooms are okay, but the food is horrible, and you should avoid the tea. The amenities felt cheap and unhealthy: there wasn't even a bucket in my bathroom until I asked, and then they brought an old, dirty one. You could stay here if you only need a budget place to sleep. There's a spirit shop nearby, which makes it feel unsafe late at night.

The rooms are pretty good, though the hotel's exterior is disappointing. There's no restaurant, and I sometimes had to call more than once to get water. Still, it's close to the market and cheap food, with a Domino's and Udupi within walking distance. For the price, the location makes it worthwhile.
