There were no soaps or towels ready in the room. You have to ask for everything after checking in and seeing the place. The photos they posted don't resemble the actual property, and it doesn't seem to meet OYO's quality checks. The room was a complete mess, with poor ventilation and dirt everywhere. I was horrified when I saw it. The toilet was quite broken, the sheets only semi-clean, and the bed was awful, with springs sticking out underneath. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

I booked through make my trip and got a good deal. The place was well maintained, had good food service and the other amenities, and looked after us well for two nights. Most things worked fine. Oddly, there was no toothpaste. When I asked, they said they could buy some outside and bring it.

The only professional part of this place was the guy at reception. Housekeeping didn't act professionally, and the kitchen staff didn't respond. Breakfast is one to skip, and the cutlery was dirty. The Oyo app shows it in Indiranagar search results, but it's far from there. Rooms are tiny, and the toilets are small, filthy, and smelly, with only a towel and no other amenities. I also didn't feel the area was safe for a woman travelling alone.

The food was decent, though overpriced, and cab drivers had some trouble finding the location. The room was dirty, and the bathroom was worse. My blanket had marks that looked like blood, the mattress seemed to have bedbugs, and there were mosquitoes in the room.
