I’m usually hard to please at hotels, and I either give a very good review or a very bad one. I couldn’t find a fault here, so this is an easy five stars. It’ll be my first choice for future trips to the area, and I’d recommend it to others. I’m not promoting the property, just giving my honest review. The photos were taken on my mobile. The location near Vega City Mall is convenient, with lots of trendy restaurants close by. It’s cheaper than other OYO hotels nearby, and the property is well maintained, clean, and has a nice ambience. The bed sheets and curtains were spotless, the food at the in-house restaurant was good, and the reception and service staff were qualified. It seems suitable for families or solo trips. I hope the management keeps up the service and hygiene and leaves prices affordable. People like me compare lots of options before choosing, so please keep giving guests your best. We were staying with family while visiting Fortis Bannerghatta for medical care. The rooms were decent for sleeping, but that was about all. The kitchen was often closed, meals weren’t proper, and the food service was poor. Staff coordination was so bad that things turned chaotic and confusing. There was no housekeeping, and our room wasn’t cleaned during the stay. Even getting one cup of tea meant repeated calls and reminders. It was a very bad experience.

The reception was amazing, and the rooms had clean linen and good ventilation. It worked well for a business trip, though the complimentary breakfast wasn’t as sophisticated as you’d expect from the hotel. There are affordable restaurants nearby. The door locks were a real hassle. I had to change rooms three times, and the keys were replaced twice.

The room smelled as if someone had been smoking, and when I asked for air freshener, the staff member just said, “It’s finished, we don’t have any, I can’t do anything, sorry.” I was both furious and laughing at that answer. The AC didn’t work, even after I complained three times, and the TV was just a blank blue screen because the Tata Sky package hadn’t been recharged. The receptionist was rude, and the room still wasn’t ready even though I arrived three hours late. The Google Maps location was wrong, so I had to go back and forth and needed three attempts to find the hotel. It was worse than I expected. I wouldn’t book here.
