I paid online and ended up giving them an extra 300 bucks. They don't accept online bookings, and once you arrive they ask you to cancel if you've already paid. Online the room price is somewhere between 700-900, but offline they charge 1100 and say they're taking a loss. If that's how they feel, they shouldn't list the hotel online. They seem to get customers through online listings, since nobody knows there's a hotel there until they find it online. Then customers reach the hotel, get told rooms won't be provided for online bookings, and are asked to cancel. It feels like they're fooling people. You can see AC and TV in the rooms, but don't worry, neither works. They're very smart about attracting customers and doing business.

The bathroom bucket looked like it had been used for rubbish, and this was the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. My TV wouldn’t work because they said they hadn’t recharged it, and the electricity went off for three hours. I booked through make my trip, but at the hotel they demanded another 400. I called customer care instead of paying and waited for an answer, while the staff and even the owner seemed not to care. They left me standing outside for nearly two hours, focused on getting more money, and hadn’t updated the booking price. I was miserable there, and I’m sure many of the reviews are fake.

I booked a room for my fiancee through OYO App, and even though the booking was confirmed, they refused to let us in when we arrived near midnight. The staff wanted extra money to check us in. There was a single woman there late at night and no other hotels nearby, and they seemed to use that situation to pressure us. A horrible experience.
