The staff helped us throughout our stay, especially with directions to places and speaking Kannada with local people for us.

A good lodge with nice rooms, cleanliness, and service. The only thing is the small Glowshine (firm) board on the building.

There were cockroaches, stained sheets with holes, and no phone to call anyone. The shower didn't work properly, the cistern cover was open, and there was no Wi-Fi or power backup. Plenty of other problems too.

Getting the bags upstairs was a hassle because there’s no lift from the parking level, though a room attendant did carry them for us. Parking itself was tricky: it’s underground, with a narrow entrance behind the building, and construction was happening in the lane. Bigger cars especially may have trouble. I wasn’t sure about booking since there weren’t many reviews, but the hotel turned out decent for an overnight stop. The room was clean, the staff were helpful, and there was hot water in the bathroom around the clock. They gave us a water bottle, and breakfast was arranged through a nearby Udupi hotel. It’s right on the main road and easy to reach.
