Collection O Global Stay Near Kengeri Bus Terminal Metro Station

They charged me for two full days even though, when booking, I’d clearly said I needed a room from 6 in the morning and would leave that night, and they agreed. I’d paid Rs. 300 in advance, but they said a booked room meant they couldn’t do anything: I could check out at 11 am and pay for the whole day just to use it for three hours, or leave at night and still be charged for two days. I complained and still haven’t had a proper response. Nobody even asked if I needed a bottle of water. They also didn’t provide soap, WiFi, or the other amenities shown while booking. I’d never return.

The room quality was awful, and the customer service and attitude were terrible. The receptionist was pathetic and asked me for extra money. They also wouldn’t let me order food from outside, interfering with what guests could eat. Avoid this place.

I had a really good experience. The receptionist was kind. They do charge extra for checking in, but they tell you about it if you ask. My checkout was very early, yet they let me leave my luggage in the building and stay there until evening without an extra charge.

There were cockroaches all over the room, along with bed bugs. Don’t trust the Google ratings and reviews. If you don’t notice them and sleep in that bed, it’ll be horrible.
