Super OYO Collection O Hotel Palm Tree

I booked online, got confirmation, and even called to tell them when I'd arrive. But on arrival they flat-out denied me a room. Worst experience. I wouldn't recommend OYO.

We spent the whole night switching rooms because the AC couldn't cool properly. The lock didn't work and the bed had a dent. The price is way too high for a room like this. I saw the same complaints in earlier reviews, but nothing seems to have changed.

Couples, don't worry about it. Come to the hotel and enjoy your stay 🥰

The rooms are stylish, if a little small, and the mattresses are amazing. Staff were friendly and professional, with no service issues. Breakfast could be better, though I still enjoyed staying here. I appreciated the USB ports in the walls in case you forget your adapter, something I think hotels need nowadays. Halasuru metro station is an easy walk away, which made getting around simpler. I'd recommend it if you want to stay in this area 😁
