Collection O Royal Elevar

The rooms weren't up to the mark, and the staff were super rude. Our booking was from 08:00. We tried calling for the correct location but got no answer. When we finally reached the hotel, the receptionist was asleep and didn't know what to do about the booking. After we waited a long time, I asked when I'd get the room, and he replied very rudely. Please brief your staff on how to speak to people.

The room at Royal Elevar was clean and hygienic, the TV worked perfectly, and the AC kept it comfortably cool. There was plenty of basement parking, which made arriving and leaving easy. I had a very satisfying stay, but the check-in price was a letdown. The app showed one rate when I booked, then the hotel asked me for more. I would have rated it 5 if they'd honored the price I booked at. Pricing needs to be more consistent and transparent.

For around ₹750, the room was absolutely value for money. I stayed at The Collection O Royal Ever on 23rd May for my JNCASR interview, booking through MakeMyTrip just an hour beforehand. It was clean and comfortable for a solo stay, with no issues during my visit. The Wi-Fi worked well, the washroom had hot and cold water as needed, and everything was well maintained. It exceeded my expectations for the price. Students coming for the JNCASR interview will find it affordable and convenient, with the essentials and no hassle.

The rooms smell, and the bathroom was dirty. The price is low for a reason: the service and reception staff, along with everyone else, are super rude and unresponsive.
