Collection O Royal Mac

I was traveling from another city and booked a room at Collection O Royal AC Hotel through Goibibo late at night. The booking was confirmed and prepaid, but when I got there, they refused check-in and said the rooms were full. If there were no rooms, why accept the booking and take the payment? I showed them the confirmation and asked several times for help, but the staff wouldn't help. It was very late and I was left stranded with nowhere to stay. The manager was aggressive and extremely rude, acting like a goon instead of a hotel professional. I felt unsafe and completely helpless. The behavior was irresponsible and unprofessional. Don't book here if you care about safety, reliability, or basic customer service.

The blanket didn't seem fresh and had a weird smell, so it was really uncomfortable to use. I expected a clean, comfortable room, but it was disappointing overall, with dust in the corners and an untidy feel.

The room ambience was good, the sofas were in good condition, and there wasn't much disturbance since it's a bit outside the city. The hotel name wasn't visible at all. Staff weren't supportive, the bedspread wasn't proper, and water wasn't complimentary, it was chargeable. Staff behavior could have been better.

This is a quiet, peaceful place with no pollution, and environment lovers will surely like it. It's somewhat away from the main travel routes. The roads are kutcha, so getting there on either a four wheeler or a two wheeler is a big task, though not impossible. There is parking. The people who handle the restaurant provide good rooms.
