After my prepaid Oyo booking was confirmed, they refused to let me check in and asked for more money. After the receptionist and Oyo spoke, Oyo cancelled the booking, refunded me, and told me to book another hotel. A terrible experience.

The location is prime, with the hotel and other shops right below and very nearby. Rooms are clean, with clean beds and 24*7 hot water, plus a TV and wall fan. A double room with A/C for ₹1,200 is a very good deal in Bangalore, and it’s good for family and friends. The staff are friendly and supportive, especially Mr. Reddy. There’s no car parking, though, so you have to park on the roadside, and the same goes for bikes.

On 25 - 05 - 22, we paid for a room, but when we got there they wouldn’t give it to us unless we paid extra, saying they couldn’t accept the online payment. We paid the additional amount, and the service still wasn’t good. Worst Oyo.

The area is prime and posh, but the rooms are in bad shape, with old clothes and a cockroach inside the cupboard. It isn’t under Oyo, and the tariff is high.

I had a really bad experience. The hotel manager spoke rudely, and when I wanted to cancel my stay, they refused to refund the amount.
