Compact Tea Square

I was traveling for work and arrived exhausted after a long journey. I’d paid extra for early check-in, but the service was very disappointing. The watchman was rude and careless, and I was left waiting in reception for nearly an hour while he didn’t respond and went back to sleep. There was no professionalism or sense of responsibility. With such poor service and management, I wouldn’t recommend staying here. 👎

I spent almost a month at Compact Tea Square and never felt far from home. They looked after every need with a smile, making the stay both comfortable and hospitable. Dhananjay, Yousuf and Umakant from the front desk and support team were incredible. I’d recommend it to anyone staying in Green Glen layout. ♥️

The location may be somewhat close to offices, but it’s on the opposite side of the tech parks, and the U-turns eat into your time. Since it’s an old apartment building beside residential areas, it feels like the Oyo rooms nearby. The rooms are old and not very clean, and converting the building into a hotel hasn’t brought many facilities. Service is pathetic: there’s no kitchen to order lunch or dinner, no fridge or basic necessities, and breakfast stops sharply at closing time. They wouldn’t give even five extra minutes or serve it when asked. I wouldn’t recommend it for business or family stays. If you’re looking for somewhere cheap as a bachelor, you might be able to adjust.

The rooms are spacious and well maintained, and the service, hygiene and breakfast were excellent on my recent visit. Special thanks to the manager, Rakesh, who was very supportive, cooperative and helpful. You can speak directly with him about any service request or issue.
