The rooms are fine for the price, but the breakfast, gym, staff, and hospitality were all average. This feels like a three-star budget hotel, nowhere near four stars and especially not five. Please change the rating instead of misleading people. We booked three nights for an international guest, but the room had a strange smell and they checked out within minutes. The hotel refused to refund the unused nights, offered no help, and had a bad attitude. And, oddly, five minutes after I wrote this review, a treadmill error made me fall.

The main road noise made sleep difficult, with horns audible through the night, and the room’s electricity kept cutting out and briefly returning. Towels were old and rough; the ironing board was dirty and broken, and black marks on the iron ruined white shirts. The overhead shower worked well, though hot water took about a minute to come through. In-room dining was passable. Public spaces were poorly kept too: the surroundings were dirty, the interiors smelled, and restaurant sofa seats were stained. The dim lobby area, with only a couple of sofas, felt inadequate, and the pool was a joke. Service was another major problem. Reaching the front desk to confirm my reservation was difficult because staff struggled to communicate in English, so I had to raise it with Hotel Ops Manager Manjunatha. Staff often failed to greet guests. I was charged for in-house ironing that damaged my shirts; the front desk acknowledged the poor work and offered to remove the charge, but didn’t. I ended up relying on LaundryMate for proper laundry. Restaurant staff seemed forced and didn’t greet people, and food repeatedly went to the wrong tables. Some staff members were genuinely helpful, though. Based on my experience, this felt like a disappointing 2.5-star stay at a hotel presenting itself as five-star. Poor standards and a lack of hospitality training were evident. I’d advise travelers seeking either a genuine five-star experience or even a comfortable three-star stay to look elsewhere.

The staff were attentive, courteous, and helpful, and the hotel was accommodating throughout our visit. Mrinal Kanti Roy was especially kind and professional, going out of his way to assist us and take care with my little baby. We appreciated the warm hospitality and recommend this place.

The room was good, and the hotel is very close to manyata tech park. My company had booked the stay in advance, but when I checked in at night, the receptionist was unnecessarily rude over a small request. There’s a pleasant way to say no. I wouldn’t recommend this place to others.
