There was a good range of buffet food, but the dishes weren't reliably refilled once the buffet had been open for about an hour. Food was delicious, with a nice selection of fruits and vegetables. Rooms were mid-sized, the mattress was comfortable, though the bed itself felt quite small. The location is fantastic, by a busy road and beside a restaurant. Restaurants, a bank, car wash, petrol bunk, and other shops are all an easy walk away. Parking is right in front. Lifts serve all floors, though getting to reception means climbing steep steps. Bathroom supplies were replaced promptly, and there were lots of complimentary amenities, even a shoe shiner. Staff communicated quickly and arranged airport pick-up and drop-off efficiently.

We booked at the last minute, and the hotel turned out to be quite basic. I was surprised by the great reviews and ended up disappointed. The rooms are worn, and the bathrooms looked moldy, with black, patchy ceilings. The valet who helped us was really nice, but the front desk could use customer service training. It's somewhat close to the airport, which is the only perk.

The rooms were well maintained and the food was excellent. I really appreciated how courteous and attentive the staff were, and how professionally they took care of every detail. It made the stay memorable. Thanks for the warm hospitality, I'd like to stay with you again soon.

I didn't feel the hotel accommodation was good value for the money. The room itself was good, though the bathroom was a bit small. Service and hospitality only met expectations, and the restaurant food was below average.

Getting around from here was quite easy. The rooms were clean and well equipped, and the staff were welcoming and helpful.
