The staff were helpful, and when I reported there was no water in the washroom, the manager gave me a key to another room so I could use its bathroom. That's why I gave two stars. Otherwise it was a bad stay and poor value. The bathroom was filthy, had no water in the hand shower, and its exhaust fan was hanging on the window and didn't work. The AC still wouldn't cool after running continuously for at least eight hours at 16 degrees, and water leaked from its indoor unit onto the whole table. There was no water in the bathroom, and mosquitoes needed a repeller. OYO should pay more attention to low-rated properties like this. Someone staying all day or night may be exhausted from work and just needs to rest. I'd rather pay a higher rate for a well-kept hotel.

For the price, I'd rate it 2 out of 5. The other amenities were good, but the toilet was unpleasant and smelly, and the flush didn't work, so we had to use a bucket. There was no dustbin in the room, and the telephone was dead, so I couldn't call reception.

The location feels far out, almost away from the city, and restaurant prices are high. You can order better food online for less and get it in about 30 minutes. Breakfast wasn't good either, just a slice of bread with sauce. The room was average and needs a lot of improvement; they should provide bottled mineral water instead of regular water. I paid 1,200 for two days, though the room should cost no more than 300-400 a day. We booked two days, but the manager checked us out after just one. Even though payment was through the OYO app, he asked us to pay at the hotel. We had told him the previous day we'd check out by noon the next day and he agreed, but staff kept disturbing us from 10 a.m. I give it 3/5, since that's about what it was worth.

The only good thing about this OYO in an industrial area is its location. The toilets were dirty, water flow was poor, and neither the exhaust fans nor the pillows were clean. Staff even took my phone and left a five-star review.

Horrible. The hotel is in worse condition than a public toilet. Staff even took my phone and rated it five stars through the OYO app without my knowledge.
