The room condition was awful, though parking was available, the price was economical, and room service was good. We'd booked two rooms with single cots, but both were messy and hadn't been cleaned after checkout. Dust, wrappers, and bits of paper covered the carpets. The blanket and pillows had hair and were dirty, with mug and blood stains. The bathroom floor, mirror, basin, and commode were also dirty and stained. I've attached some photos for the people in charge to review and hope they improve the service quality.

They said my takeaway order would be ready in 20-25 minutes, but it took over an hour. They also had no card swiping machine. The cashier asked for my card and PIN so he could use a machine from another shop. In the end, I went with him to a liquor shop to make the payment.

The staff are lazy, service is terrible, and the rooms are dirty. The cleaners never seem to work, and the washing machines are always out of order. Make sure you get proper bills, or they may refuse to return your security money when you leave. I wouldn't recommend staying here to anyone.

I paid 1500 for a non-AC room and at least expected a properly cleaned bed, but there were lots of short hairs under the blanket. Even after room service, I could still find hairs. The tap handle was broken, there was a spider in the room, and the bathroom bucket and mug were in very bad shape. One of my worst hotel stays. I wouldn't recommend it.

I reserved three rooms for a marriage function a month and a half ahead. They wrote it in the register with my phone number but declined my offer to pay an advance. I reminded them about the reservation three or four times. Then, on the day we needed the rooms, they gave them to another party without telling me, leaving me stressed and struggling at the last minute. Mr.Kiran was irresponsible and had switched off his phone. The management never called back to apologize. A terrible experience.
