Siddharth from the breakfast team made our mornings especially pleasant. He remembered what we liked and placed our order as soon as we arrived, without needing to ask. That thoughtful touch made us feel well cared for. We stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton, Sarjapur for 44 days, and throughout that time the staff were helpful, courteous, and professional. Their hospitality was truly commendable.

The ambience was very good, and the staff were friendly and attentive. There was a good range of food and plenty of items, with good taste overall, though the kabab didn’t seem fresh and was chewy. A few more tandoor items would be nice. With the diners card, our ₹9000 bill came down to ₹4000.

The terrace can hold 100 people, and it’s a nice option for gatherings. We tried the buffet and food for both parties, and the taste was good. This hotel isn’t very well known, but it works well for office parties and family functions if you want a cozy setting. The staff are welcoming, approachable, and always smiling. I’d recommend it.

Our corporate lunch at DoubleTree by Hilton was a lovely experience, and we’re looking forward to holding future events there. Rishav handled the setup and logistics so smoothly, from the early coordination through the event itself. This was our second time working with him, and he again went beyond what we expected. He was dependable, proactive, and flexible, especially when we needed space for team activities alongside the buffet. That made things stress-free for us. Deepa was warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. Her kindness made everyone feel comfortable and welcome. The service was organized and professional while still feeling personal. Rishav and Deepa made a real difference to our team lunch. Thank you for making it so pleasant and memorable.
