I looked at the rooms and decided to leave without staying, so I can’t speak to the service. The photos are misleading: the place didn’t look or feel like the pictures, and seemed clumsy for the price. I’ve found better rooms at ibis. It’s on a narrow road off a busy street, and I can’t see how it wouldn’t be noisy at night, though I didn’t stay to find out. They also didn’t return my advance.

The room was spacious and good value, and street parking was available. Staff were helpful and well-mannered. The cleanliness needs work, though. Better upkeep of the rooms would make the stay much better.

The room was comfortable and had good amenities, but housekeeping could pay closer attention to cleanliness. Service from the front desk was a strong point: everyone was courteous and focused on making guests comfortable, and the team even upgraded my room without any hassle. I appreciated that hospitality and would consider returning to Eiffel Suites Bangalore. With better room upkeep, Eiffel Suites could be a top choice in Bangalore.

I spent a week here and would choose the place again on a future Bangalore visit. The rooms were clean and spacious, and although shops and outlets are within walking distance, noise from the busy main roads doesn’t carry into this quiet area. Staff provided great service, especially Mr.Sheikh.

It’s more like a one-bedroom apartment, with lots of room to move around. There’s a separate hall and dining room, plus a fridge, microwave, and water heater, and the bedroom is spacious too. There’s no room service. The location is a little tucked away but calm. I was satisfied with the stay.
