Treebo Stay Tuned JP Nagar

Cleanliness was a real plus, and the location was convenient. The rooms were nice and well kept, with a comfortable feel, and the staff were generally helpful. It was a pleasant stay 😊, though a bit pricey. Solid experience 👍✨

The one plus is the location. I lost my apple charging cable at the property, but they didn’t have the courtesy to call and let me know I’d forgotten it. I’ve stayed at their staytuned hotel, and the people running it seem money hungry. They ask guests for money, and when you ask to extend, they say everything’s booked, then offer a deal as if they’re doing you a favour, while charging more. If you want to be completely ripped off, you can consider staying there.

The noise was another problem, and the AC wasn’t working. The room smelled musty and unclean, like it hadn’t been aired out for days. There were visible stains on the sheets, and the bathroom was even worse. For what I paid, this was unacceptable. I expected basic cleanliness and working facilities. I won’t return and can’t recommend the place to anyone. Very disappointing.

We went in person to book rooms for guests and planned to pay the full amount in advance. They wouldn’t give us a receipt or booking confirmation for the cash, and when we insisted, they offered a payment voucher instead. The practices seemed suspicious, so we decided not to proceed and booked online at another property.
