For a medium-sized party of around 80-150 people, the cost feels fair and the management are kind and speak gently. Food, drinks, and parties for about 150 people are what this place does best. As an individual diner it can feel a bit pricey, but the taste and portions don’t disappoint. I thought the drinks were the best. Five out of five for me.

We spent two nights here as a family, and the stay was a disaster. The photos online look like they could be decades old. The rooms themselves were okay, but we found broken bathroom tiles, a flush that didn’t work, worn, used linens, and unpleasant-smelling bathrooms. There was just one water bottle for two rooms over two nights, no toiletries, and the corridors continually smelled of stale alcohol. The lift was in frightening condition, and its cable snapped during our stay. We had to walk up four flights of stairs each time we returned to our room. Another serious issue was privacy: while we were out at lunch, maintenance staff let themselves into our room with a master key, without notice or a call. We came back to find four men inside. That’s unacceptable, particularly when the hotel says it takes no responsibility for valuables. The advertised complimentary breakfast wasn’t a buffet. We were told we hadn’t pre-ordered, then waited 20 minutes for a basic omelet, and I had to find another restaurant for breakfast. Parking was also a problem. There’s room for about five cars, so others have to park in an unauthorized roadside area, with the hotel taking no responsibility for theft or damage. This doesn’t feel family-friendly, more like a run-down bar. It was our first Bangalore visit, and management made it memorable for all the wrong reasons. Avoid it.

Manager srinath is aggressive and gets angry. A manager should know basic politeness. I wouldn’t visit, and I recommend that others stay away too.

Not a good hotel. The room wasn’t good, and the food and place weren’t good either. I wouldn’t recommend anyone go there.
