OYO 5641 Hotel Corporate Park Inn

It took two calls, half an hour apart, to get a carpet, and even then there was none outside the washroom. The extra mattress arrived late. The pillowcase was dirty, and when I told the staff, they said, "The laundry guy hasn't come today, adjust with this." The washroom was awful: the flush didn't work, and waste that should have gone down the drain would come back up. Other customers told me it was the same in their rooms. Eventually, after more than an hour on the phone with OYO, I moved to another hotel at 9 pm. This place should be blacklisted.

It's almost budget friendly, and I'd choose this hotel again. The rooms are well maintained, and room service keeps them and the corridors very clean most of the time. The staff are polite and helpful, and the reception is nicely arranged. Even though it's near a busy traffic signal in the city, there isn't much disturbance. You won't be disappointed.

The service responded quickly, but one staff member was uncouth and spoke to us very harshly. We had to switch rooms four times this visit. The hotel was clean and tidy when it first opened, but now the rooms are dirty, and either the TV or the shower doesn't work. There was no hot water either. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel was easy enough to reach since it’s in the city, and we found the rooms clean and looked after. The staff were friendly and the service was good. We did have one issue: our room had no hot water. Otherwise, we had a pleasant stay.
