The only drawback was the lack of an elevator. The hotel itself was good, the staff were nice, the room and washroom were clean, and breakfast in the morning was really great.

The staff were really nice, and everything else was good. I did have power cuts at night sometimes, though. For a budget hotel, it was good overall.

The staff tried to make our stay comfortable and were clearly making an effort. They seemed inexperienced, though, and the service didn't quite meet expectations.
