Octave Hotel Double Rd

We stayed at Hotel Octave on Double Road with our family, and the staff were courteous and professional throughout. They made sure our needs were met, and their hospitality added a lot to the experience. The location is central, yet the price was reasonable. Our room was spacious, with a comfortable bed, a writing desk, and a cozy couch. It was clean, tidy, and well organized, with useful storage in a sideboard and wardrobe that had a secure safe. The shower cubicle kept the rest of the bathroom dry, a small detail we appreciated. We had a comfortable stay and felt the hotel offered good value for its location. I'd recommend Hotel Octave if you're looking for a spacious, well-kept place in the center without a high price tag.

I cancelled my room on 23rd October at noon for a booking on 24th October at 1 PM, a full 24 hours ahead of check-in. Under the hotel's own policy, I was eligible for a refund. The manager assured me several times it would be processed and took my bank details, but more than a month later I still haven't received the money or any update. There's been no explanation or follow-up from Octave Hotel Double Road. I'm deeply disappointed by the lack of accountability and professionalism, and would urge others to think twice before booking.

The convenient location made getting to the main areas easy, and travel was simple. Rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with housekeeping keeping them in great shape throughout my stay. Check-in and checkout both went smoothly thanks to the polite, helpful front desk staff. It was a comfortable, good-value stay at Octave Double Road, and I'd happily recommend it to anyone visiting Bangalore. I'll choose it again next time.
