My family was very happy staying here, and we’d strongly recommend the place for its hospitality, stay, and variety of food. I came here while selling my apartment, and the stay was excellent and comfortable. I’m the Managing Director of Methra industries India Pvt limited.

We’ve been here for 4Days on a business and family trip. The rooms are well maintained, cleaned every day, and kept hygienic. Good food, a great service team, and all the amenities we needed. I’d strongly recommend it to friends and family.

The manager was very helpful and worked to resolve things, and I liked the ambiance. The drive-away bar shop is a unique touch! The cleaning service let us down, though. Our room went uncleaned for two days despite multiple requests.

The room problems made for a stressful, unprofessional stay and definitely weren’t worth the money. The AC and landline phone didn’t work, and even the kettle was unusable. The breakfast area had no proper AC either. We’d told them about our late check-in a week ahead, paid an advance, and clearly stated how many guests were coming. We arrived around 12 a.m. and reception rudely claimed we had an extra member. They even said we could check out and get a refund if unhappy. How is a family supposed to leave at midnight after booking in advance? Then we waited 20-30 minutes. There wasn’t proper AC in reception, and our rooms weren’t ready, even though they’d confirmed they would be. Staff only checked whether a room was vacant after we arrived, then started getting it ready. Another couple at reception was complaining about delays at both check-in and check-out, which seemed like poor management, not a one-off. This isn’t how a 3-star hotel should run. Guests pay for proper service, not a free stay.
