The room smelled of dust and alcohol, the walls were broken, the curtains were dirty, and the bathroom had the odor of a public washroom. When we arrived, the staff were hesitant to tell us where the manager was. I was new to Bangalore and expected some help finding the hotel. Even after calling nearly ten times, they were reluctant to send their live location, and I was left waiting by the road, lost. The whole stay felt like a waste of money, and I was extremely disappointed. I’d suggest anyone considering it go somewhere else. Even a hut in the middle of a forest would be better.

The room we got was on the first floor, though I’d booked one on the third, and the receptionist didn’t even tell us about the change. It hadn’t been cleaned: there was a leftover condom box, cigarette butts, and a blood stain on the bed. The hotel was under renovation, but the app listing hadn’t mentioned it. They also didn’t tell us breakfast wasn’t available because of the renovation. When I confronted the receptionist, he said he’d refund part of my money, then stopped responding, used foul language, and said he wouldn’t refund me. A very bad experience, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

We had a beautiful view from the balcony, and the service was really fast. The room and staff were good too. What stood out most was the owner, who was polite the whole time. A great host. I loved the stay and would like to visit again.

We had a horrible night in July 2023 and couldn’t sleep. We eventually left early and found somewhere else to stay. The hotel charged more when we booked directly than we would have paid through a third party. The room was filthy at check-in. The sheets were stained, had hair on them, and smelled bad. The floor was dirty, the sink had hair in it, the toilet was dirty, and the shower was moldy. The corridors and toilets also reeked of cigarettes, and the smell was overwhelming. When we complained at the front desk, they didn’t seem to care. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.
