FabExpress Amazing Inn

I booked this place for the location and stayed on 1 Jun 24. The receptionist was very friendly, so I expected the room to be decent, but it was in terrible shape. I was given a non-AC room, which would have been fine for the weather, but the water heater stopped working in the morning. They sent me to use the bathroom in a recently vacated room that hadn't been cleaned, and I had no other choice. I just wanted to get out of there. Hope this helps someone.

I changed rooms three times during my two-day stay, and none seemed well maintained. There were mosquitoes everywhere, so sleeping peacefully was difficult. Naphthalene balls were in every corner, and the smell spread throughout the hotel. The TV service had been disconnected because it hadn't been recharged. I reported it twice and was told someone would come, but nobody did. I got complimentary breakfast only once, with no service the second day. Don't rely on the photos on their site, the place looked like it had when first built.

The staff were very accommodating, and I was comfortable throughout my stay, from the cozy Executive AC room to the Family Room. Their hospitality added a nice touch to my trip.

The cost is high for a room with so many problems. The TV didn't work, and the fan barely sped up even when I turned it higher. The tap is broken and takes a hard push on the knob to get water. Locking the door with the key also took a lot of effort because the lock is damaged.
