The staff were good and supportive, and the rooms are okay, though very old. The bathroom especially feels like something from the 90s. It’s budget-friendly and includes breakfast, one item from the menu and one tea or coffee. I’d say it’s more suited to a business stay than a family one. If you’re on a tight budget and working nearby, you could stay here.

The smell of a dead rat hit us as soon as we got out of the lift, and it was unbearable, like decaying matter. The hotel’s hygiene was awful throughout. Our advertised “triple classic room” turned out to have a king-size bed, not a triple big bed as the receptionist had promised, and it wasn’t enough for three people. There was no third pillow or sheet. After repeated requests, we got linens that looked unwashed and filthy. The restaurants downstairs were just as disappointing. The grilled chicken tasted horribly like rotten fish, and the dry gobi manchurian from the vegetarian restaurant was just as bad. They use different names for the restaurants, but they’re all part of the same hotel, so don’t be fooled. At the non-veg place on the first floor, staff initially said we could bring our drinks, then rudely told us to leave after we’d sat down, even though other customers were drinking. This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had. I’d strongly advise booking elsewhere.

Room service food was a highlight. The restaurant sent tasty meals, and the charges were reasonable for three people. The room itself was a bit old, but the beds were comfortable enough for a night’s sleep. I had a decent stay, and it seems like a good overnight option around Electronic City.

The service was good, and the building has both a vegetarian and a seafood restaurant, which makes staying there convenient. It’s in Electronic City. When I stayed at Goyal residency a few years back, it was a much better place. The facility seems poorly maintained now.
