My colleague and I had the worst experience. The front desk manager argued with Fab Hotels about giving us a discounted room and said he wanted more money. After 20 minutes, we finally got a room, but it was tiny, with the bed right by the door. The TV looked 20 years old and didn't work properly, and the geyser didn't work, so we only had cold water. When we asked for plates, they sent dirty ones. There are much better hotels in Bangalore. Don't choose this one.

The location is close to Oasis mall, a bus stop, and many upscale restaurants. Rooms are spacious, there are lots of TV channels, and hot water is available in the shower. Breakfast is complimentary, but the portions are limited and may not keep you going until lunch. If it rains heavily, nearby roads can flood with drainage water. Bring your own.toiletry kit, since one isn't provided. There is no ironing board or safe locker, so keep valuables at your own risk. Usually available through OYO for ₹1500/- to ₹1800/-, this is a value-for-money budget hotel.

This is the first time I've written a negative review for a Fab hotel. The bed sheet smelled, and despite asking several times for another, I was repeatedly told it had gone to laundry and they had no stock. The regular water they provide had a foul smell too. Breakfast wasn't up to Fab standards. The dosa was so sub-par I couldn't eat it, and unlike the good buffet option I've generally found at Fab hotels, this wasn't that. The AC wasn't cooling properly; when I complained, they said there might be a gas leak. Shouldn't they keep it working properly? Most corridor lights were switched off, leaving the corridors completely dark even with guests staying there.

My room smelled bad, with cigarette butts left lying around. The AC wasn't working, and the regular water provided had a foul smell. Staff weren't very cooperative, and even after I asked multiple times, they didn't give me an extra bed sheet. A very bad experience.
