There were power failures during our stay, and the room looked nothing like the photos or description. It was extremely dirty and smelled strongly unpleasant. The sheets looked used by previous guests and clearly hadn't been washed. That's unacceptable and shows a serious lack of basic hygiene. I've had few stays this bad. Travelers should think twice about booking unless management improves cleanliness, maintenance, and basic guest standards.

I was here ahead of the TCS 10K run, hoping to get a decent night's rest, but couldn't sleep at all. It's right beside a busy main road, and trucks and buses go by all night. The windows don't block the sound, so engines, honking, and sirens make it nearly impossible to sleep. The worn-out springs made the poor-quality bed uncomfortable, and bedbugs and mosquitoes added to the misery. I wouldn't recommend it for working professionals or families. Writing this at 4:20 AM says enough.

The workers were rude and unfriendly, and the rooms weren't clean, especially the bathrooms. When I asked for the manager, the workers said they were the managers themselves. My friend came to check the room before check-in, and they asked, "If you go and murder someone, how will I know?" A very bad experience.

Cockroaches were roaming around, and they gave us old sheets and pillow covers without proper room service. There were what looked like someone's vomit stains on the pillows, and they were still using them in the bedroom. The mattress was old, broken, and didn't sit properly on the bed. A really unpleasant stay.
