I planned to stay a week, but the service was so bad I didn't stay even one day. They had no room and showed me a store room kind of place without a key. When I asked for one, they said the hotel was safe. How can you rent a room without a key? They took 2500 rupees as an advance and didn't return even half. The owner Prabhu first said they hadn't received the money, then said he'd repay it, but now he doesn't answer my calls. I attached the screen shot. I never expected this kind of service.

I booked two rooms but only needed one. The one they gave me arrived late, after probably five hours, and despite repeated requests they didn't refund the cancellation amount for the other room. Very unprofessional, and they didn't answer my phone calls.
