Viyan Comforts by OYO Rooms

I spent five months at viyan, and felt safe there. The rooms were really nice and clean, and the staff were polite and good. The place was pollution free and duty free. From the balcony, you get a nice view of the sky and foggy colds, which made my day more pleasant. Breakfast in the morning was tasty and awesome, and now you can order food at the hotel. Everything is within 100-200 metres. I just enjoyed the experience.

I've stayed at Hotel Viyan with friends and family many times. Whenever a small issue came up, we'd tell the Front Desk and they usually fixed it within half an hour. If something's wrong, let them know while you're there; it's hard for them to help if you only mention it at checkout. They may fix the problem or move you to another room. I stayed for a week and found the staff friendly, the room nice, and the area quiet. It's very near Cessna Business Park, so it's suitable for corporate guests. I've seen both good and bad feedback from clients, and I understand some guests have had issues. For a budget hotel with good service, I'd recommend it. Thanks.

I was there for two days, and the bedding was dirty and itchy. I couldn't sleep properly the first night. When I asked for a replacement, they changed my room, but the same problem was there. The staff weren't very helpful and were always late. The room was dirty and service was poor.

Getting to the hotel along kachcha roads can be tricky, and Google Maps puts its location a bit off. Once there, though, the rooms were clean and the staff, including the cleaning team, had a superb attitude. Viyan Comforts and Maple Tree Inn are the same hotel. They once kept some rooms for Oyo, but as of May, 2019, they weren't accepting Oyo bookings.
