Kavya and Priti from housekeeping did a great job. They were polite and professional, paid attention to the details, and kept everything neatly arranged and comfortable. My room at Vividus Hotel was clean, hygienic, and well maintained throughout the stay. I really appreciated their work.

I chose the wrong date when booking a one-night stay, and Sajid at reception quickly helped me reschedule it. He even upgraded my room, which made a big difference. The room was lovely, the property was well maintained, and the service and ambience were excellent. I was very satisfied and would gladly return. I’d recommend it for a comfortable, memorable stay, and the facilities are worth enjoying.

Vividus Hotel is centrally placed for getting to Race Course Road and Gandhi Nagar, and I found it a great option in Bengaluru for either work or a city break. My room was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully set up with quality amenities; the bed was especially comfortable despite the city bustle. Meals were fresh and flavorful, with an extensive breakfast that mixed local dishes and international favorites. The property is beautifully kept, from the grand, welcoming lobby to the rest of the hotel, and has a chic, upscale feel. The modern entrance sets that tone, while the staff bring warm, attentive hospitality. They were professional, polite, and keen to make guests comfortable. It exceeded my expectations and was one of my best hotel experiences in Bengaluru.

I chose Vividus Hotels in Bangalore partly because it advertised parking and valet service, and I assumed there would be a dedicated parking area. Instead, I later learned our car was left in different roadside spots depending on what was available. Staff said vehicles are often parked wherever space can be found nearby, which wasn’t what we expected from the listing. I was told my bike would go through a rear gate near the kitchen, in a designated area used by hotel staff and kept safe behind a gate under constant monitoring. During the stay, someone dragged it and damaged its side stand. When I raised this, the response was disappointing: staff suggested waste collection workers might have done it, said the hotel couldn’t help, and blamed me for using the side lock rather than accepting responsibility for the vehicle area they had directed me to use. Any vehicle owner would lock a bike left somewhere unfamiliar. It’s unreasonable to expect guests to leave theirs unlocked. I’d tell future guests to confirm exactly where vehicles will be left before handing over the keys. Valet parking in the advert doesn’t necessarily mean there’s a dedicated facility, and my experience showed that this hotel doesn’t appear to have one.
