Suraksha Stay Whitefield

A nice Udupi hotel nearby made finding food easy. At Suraksha Stay, Whitefield (Bangalore), I found the place safe, neat, and hassle-free, with spacious, very clean rooms that were well maintained. Service was prompt and polite, and it was a comfortable stay and good value. I'd happily stay here again.

I stay here every week for official work, and the support staff are very good. There's ample parking in the basement, essential modern facilities in the restrooms, and a good balcony. The WiFi can be unstable. A few restaurants are nearby, and the food and insta delivery apps deliver here. It's one of the best hotels for facilities and value for money.

I liked the balcony and wish I'd had more time to enjoy it. The room was spacious, with plenty of storage, and the in-room fridge worked perfectly. It was a comfortable one-night stay, with a convenient location, polite staff, and a clean, well maintained room and bathroom. I'd definitely recommend this hotel.

The reception staff were indifferent and unhelpful, and when I asked for tea, which was being served to other rooms, the staff refused outright, saying they “cannot and will not serve.” With my family and kids, I expected basic hospitality and cleanliness, and this hotel failed on every front. The floor hadn't been cleaned, and there were visible stains on the bedsheet and pillow. The restroom was in terrible condition, the bucket and hand shower were extremely dirty, and the soap provided was pathetic. This was unacceptable, and I'd strongly advise against staying here. Don't waste your money or risk your family's comfort. The hotel is far below basic standards of cleanliness and hospitality.
