The hotel is gone because the building was demolished. I gave it one star because the landowner didn’t tell the neighbors or get their permission, and now they have to put up with demolition followed by construction. Is this what people mean by “economic growth and development,” I wonder?

There’s no food service here, but they can arrange outside breakfast in the morning if you ask, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby anyway. The place is very clean, the staff are quick to respond, and the rooms are huge compared with small hotels in Europe or central Kolkata. It’s just a lodging place, but the staff are really friendly and accommodating.

The location worked perfectly for my visit to the 4th block. It’s a peaceful area close to facilities, and the rates felt fair. My room was clean and roomy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I’d recommend it if you’re looking for somewhere to stay in Bangalore.

The atmosphere is pleasant and it’s easy to find. Facilities are average, though, and the mid-range rooms aren’t very good, with small rooms and bathrooms. It could work for a temporary stay, but I wouldn’t recommend it much.
