Mr. Nitin was especially good, professional, and treated us with a lot of care. The rest of the team provided excellent service too. I stayed three nights at Sai Vishram and was very pleased with how clean and well-maintained the rooms were. They had the necessary toiletries and amenities, including lockers, and the lodge was good value for money.

We paid around Rs.1800 to Rs.2000, but despite everything that happened, we only got Rs.450 back. Even after the refund was initiated, what happened to the rest? Is it our fault for booking this hotel? We arrived at 2:30 am for our OYO booking, but the hotel wouldn't respond and said they didn't accept online payment. The same apology keeps appearing in replies to reviews, yet nothing has been fixed. If online payments aren't accepted, this listing should be removed from OYO. Please take action, @admin, instead of just replying with another apology for the inconvenience.

I'm a hotelier, so I didn't expect such a badly maintained room from OYO Hotels. It smelled terrible, water was leaking from the walls everywhere, and neither the TV nor the AC worked. Last night was a really bad experience. I wouldn't recommend this OYO room.

I ran into the same problems mentioned in other reviews today, and it was a dreadful experience. Even though I'd paid in advance through OYO, they said they hadn't received confirmation. The receptionist was extremely rude. The bathroom was in terrible, completely unacceptable condition. Please avoid this place under any circumstances. We don't need another apology, since it seems to be the standard response without anyone addressing the real issues. @Sai Vishram.
