The area is the main drawback. The hotel sits among spare parts shops near Shanthi Nagar, and the surroundings are dirty and poorly maintained. Inside, though, it’s elegant and comfortable, with a welcoming reception and well-kept interiors. It isn’t too expensive. I’d recommend the hotel.

The location is handy, within walking distance of Lalbagh gardens and Shantinagar bus stand. Check-in and checkout were hassle-free, and they offer buffet breakfast and lunch. Service was good, with food delivered to the room. The price through OYO was fair for the hotel standard. The room and bedding were fantastic, and the washroom felt up to three-star level. There are maintenance issues: several electrical fittings and the AC need urgent attention. Cleaning should happen regularly even when a guest is present. Adding non-veg options to the menu might bring in more customers.

I booked through the OYO app at a reasonable price, but there was no room service, no bath towels, and no drinking water. The room phone didn’t work, so I couldn’t call reception. Breakfast was included in my booking, but I didn’t get it. The route to the place was dirty and smelly, and the AC wasn’t working properly. In the washroom, the lights kept blinking, which was irritating, and there was no hot water. They also didn’t provide the OYO kit with body wash, moisturizer, and the other items. That says enough about the place.

I paid ₹800 for a room for two through OYO, so you get what you pay for. The place is near Lalbagh botanical garden in Bengaluru. There aren’t nearby restaurants for a decent breakfast, so use their breakfast service if you don’t want to go looking. It was a pleasant stay, and the staff were very friendly and available around the clock. A great stay for the price.
