The staff were really helpful and nice whenever I had a request. The room was cleaned each morning, and they left one water bottle. There’s hot water for bathing, and breakfast is available in the morning. You can also bring in outside food. I stayed for two days in a clean, affordable room within reach of the metro, in a peaceful locality, and the room service was good.

Breakfast was good, but it wasn’t available until after 8 am. Hot water for bathing only came on after 7:30 am. I called reception several times between 6 and 7:30, but no one answered until 7:30. It’s a very basic place for a business stay. There was no tea or coffee maker in the room, no shower gel or shampoo, and no slippers.

The rooms are nicely made, but they’re horribly maintained. The bathrooms were dirty and hadn’t been cleaned well, and the extra bed mattresses were filthy. The sheets had blood stains. One of our two rooms had roaches too. That level of cleanliness is absolutely unacceptable, and the service was very poor. It could have been a decent place if it were managed and maintained properly, but I’ll never go back.

The room got a good amount of sunlight and had good ventilation, and the service was very good. The AC was a little noisy, but manageable. I think the dividing walls are a bit thin, since I could hear snoring-like noise from outside or another room even with the doors closed.
