I checked out within an hour of arriving and wish I’d never checked in. The room was visibly dirty. Both the sink and toilet were brown with stains, and looked as though they hadn’t been cleaned in some time. The sheets were stained, and the towels were so grimy they’d turned grey. There were no toiletries, water bottles, or other basic amenities. The AC barely worked, so the room was stuffy and uncomfortable. When I raised the problems, the staff were rude and completely indifferent. The door also wouldn’t lock properly. As a woman traveling alone, I didn’t feel safe, and that was a dealbreaker. No guest should be put in that position. Avoid this hotel. It fails on cleanliness, hospitality, and basic security.

Our company booked this through Compact, and I’ve told them not to book this hotel for anyone again. The staff don’t seem trained to deal with guests or manage the place, and the whole stay was very disappointing. No water bottle was provided, and there was no bathroom mat. The room boy rang once, then opened the door without waiting for permission. Don’t book the complimentary breakfast expecting a meal on site. It comes as a parcel from outside. When all the rooms are booked, there may not even be bath towels available, so it’s better to bring your own. Overall, a completely bad experience.

We stayed for five days with our 17 month old son, and the hotel was fine for a short visit. Our room was spacious and in good condition, and parking was available. Breakfast came from an outside vegetarian restaurant. There wasn’t a baby bed, so I had to pay extra to rent a mattress for my toddler, who slept on the floor. That was inconvenient and felt unsafe for a small child. I also didn’t like that staff tried to open the door without waiting for me to answer.

I’m Hemalatha, a neighbour, and I travelled on the same train. I booked an Ola car to help the couple reach the hotel safely. The room was booked by Imran fareeth for Mohammed Abdul quadir jailany and his wife, both about 70 years old, arriving on 02/04/26. They had asked to change check-in to 8.00 am instead of 12 pm, and this was properly arranged with confirmation from the hotel team. But when they checked in, the receptionist, Prasanth, treated them badly and made them stand for more than an hour while collecting an extra Rs.500 anonymously. He treated an elderly person who is a RTD deputy director of TN. HN very badly, and this is damaging the concern’s reputation. Please take necessary action.
