A very good hotel, with comfortable prices and all services available.

The room itself was decent, but the bathroom wasn't good and basic things like a towel, soap, and shampoo were missing.

I was traveling from Chennai to take my master's exams at nlsiu bangalore, so I booked five nights online through fabhotel and paid Rs 7200/- in full. I got confirmation when I booked and again at 8 am on 11.6.25. But when I arrived, the receptionist and manager said every room was taken, denied being connected with fabhotel, and told me to call them. Fab offered another place 7.6 kms away, which I refused, and I asked for a refund. I checked the hotel's entry log and saw several bookings recorded for 11.6.25, the day I was meant to check in. The owners and fabhotel made this a horrible experience. It feels like they take multiple bookings just to make money. Anyone coming for exams at nlsiu bangalore should avoid this place. Shameless people and a scammer website, just a way to loot people.

We ended up staying two days in an AC room, and it was comfortable for my family. The rooms were clean and neat. I'm from Kerala, though, and I got worried after reading some negative reviews at check-in. I asked about them and was ready to leave, but my husband's friend had arranged the room and said it was okay to stay. I told the reception boy we'd leave if anything bad happened, and he apologized and explained the truth. We'd come a long way, so I was curious but also unsure about choosing this place. That's a common mindset, I suppose. Anyway, my regards to them for giving us a good stay.
